Warranty   Warranty Claim
All system functionality warranty claims are made directly through Revolabs, include DOA components. Contact Revolabs at 1-800-326-1088
If there is an issue with the product within the first 90 days (after product has been invoiced to end user), Revolabs will provide advance replacement for the product.
Once the 90 day period has passed, an RMA will be upon receipt, meaning Revolabs must receive the product back first so they can repair or replace it if necessary.

If product is damaged in shipping, parts are missing or components are visibly damaged (cracked, etc): Contact Starin
 
Warranty   Advanced Replacement
In effort to meet the needs of customers who need advance replacement for their product, but do not have a service plan or are past the 90-day advanced replacement period, Revolabs is now offering the following options:

For a Receiver Base:
$100 flat rate handling charge plus shipping for each receiver.

For mics, chargers or any other accessory not included with a receiver RMA
$25 per item handling cost plus shipping.

This advance replacement cost is for product covered under the limited warranty only. All out of warranty service (with the exception of battery replacement) cannot be advance replaced.

NOTE Service packages are only available for professional products. Conference phones (ex: FLX) and desktop products (ex: xTag) do not have available service plans

Battery coverage  
Question:
With the new mics (that have field replaceable batteries), are the batteries covered under the warranties?

Answer:
Standard warranty: Batteries are only covered for the first 90 days
Gold Service Contract: Batteries covered for 3 years
