Where can I get cables to fit the phoenix connectors? |
| Answer: |
|
What you connect to is important. Does it have a 3.5mm Phoenix as well? Or a 1/4
TRS connector? Male XLR or RCA?
Once you know what you're connecting to and the type of the connector needed, go to
the link below to find the cable you need. www.wireythings.com |

| Question: |
|
We purchased a wireless system recently. The problem is that the mics go dead
immediately after being taken off the charger. They can be charged overnight & still
will not hold a charge. The mics will go through the color cycles (green, yellow and
red) and continue to do this until you put them back on the charger and the light
stays red. What is wrong?
|
| Answer: |
|
The mic's are not dead, it's just that they are not paired to the base station. See
the link below for using and pairing the microphones. Just follow the pairing
instructions.

| Question: |
|
Through an AMX or Crestron control system, if there is a user that forgot to unmute or mute their microphone, how do we toggle their button from the AMX? Do we run a separate RS-232 line to the Solo receiver, or do we create a 25-pin jumper cable from the XAP to the Solo receiver and use the XAP to toggle the mute button? |
| Answer: |
|
When an AMX or Crestron is used, you must use the 25-pin cable and program the GPIO ports on the XAP to toggle the mute. This has been tested that does work.. The mute control switch has to be changed on the rear of our unit, as well. |

The Earpiece is 32 ohm – not sure if there is a max spec, but I’d guess less than .75 W |
